What Eclipse is about
Eclipse is the third book in the Twilight Saga, picking up Bella Swan's story with her vampire love, Edward Cullen. Unsolved murders are troubling Seattle, and Edward suspects a newborn vampire is behind them. Meanwhile, Victoria is still hunting Bella, seeking revenge for the death of her mate, James.
Bella's heart is also pulled in two directions. Jacob Black, who can shape-shift into a wolf, tells her he loves her and asks her to choose him over Edward. With graduation approaching, she has to decide whether to leave her mortal life behind. Romantic, suspenseful and openly melodramatic, it is a story about choice, loyalty and sacrifice, best suited to readers already following the series.
