What The Girlfriend is about
Scotty has a girlfriend, Lora, who is smart, beautiful and popular. When she goes out of town, he spends a secret weekend with Shannon, a girl he has only just met. By Monday he knows what he wants: to go back to Lora and leave the weekend behind.
Shannon has other plans. She has no intention of letting Scotty go and is prepared to do whatever it takes to keep him, and some of her methods are truly horrible. This is a story of one careless choice and the obsession it sets off, for readers who like their suspense with a teenage setting and an uneasy dose of dread.
